Getting Started

Install the app

1. Open the Happy Birthday ‑ DA listing on the Shopify App Store.
2. Click Install and select your store.
3. Approve the requested permissions to connect the app.

Configure your first campaign

1. Open Happy Birthday ‑ DA from your Shopify admin.
2. Choose an email template or customize your own design.
3. Set up the birthday signup form on your order status page.
4. Configure your discount offer (percentage, fixed amount, or gift).
5. Enable automatic birthday email triggers.

Collect customer birthdays

You can collect birthday data in two ways:

• Order status page — Add the birthday signup form so customers opt in after checkout.
• External import — Import contacts with birthday dates from a CSV or external source.
